    One Excuse Day

    When starting this 90 workout challenge offered FREE from Bikini Body Mommy I decided that I needed to make some changes and really think through how I was going to accomplish this without giving up or letting life get in the way.     Going Through the Motions

    Tomorrow It All Begins

    Why does this always happen?

    Last week Briana with Bikini Body Mommy was hosting her last surge before Christmas and I was excited and fully on board to bust my butt and lose a few pounds before the holidays.
